a recent portrayal of this took FOREVER!! (actually only 8 hours)*faints* and this is the second try (of two ) the hardest part was te lips I think, I'd quote Nopoleon Dynamite right now, but I don't feel like it.
anyway, the subject photo was soooo much better, though I like how I caught at least half the depth.
Every now and then I like to remember that someone once loved me.
and it does not look better then the subject picture! I think that can only be if I painted it... which I intend to do someday... but that picture was totally awesome, I'm not sure I can capture how totally awesome it was...

haha, her lips are not supposed to be pressed together... that was one of the things I was having trouble with... I wanted them to be relaxed, full and pretty in and of themselves, but plain in expression, but for the corner smile, to maximize the eyes... yet I failed... lol
and I'm aware of the scratchiness, it was somewhat ignored among the completion of the objective I guess... which was the eyes. I suppose I could have made her hair much more silky if I worked a few more hours... maybe I'll finish it in my leisure, though I doubt I'll post it again.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
